“Kelso has deciphered the aliens' language. This is a translation of a document found aboard the spacecraft. Now this translation is very rough and is incomplete, but if what we can read is true - and there is no reason to doubt that it isn't - then all of the previous information we have had about the origin of mankind and the human race is absolutely false. ... This is a report of a previous visit of the spacemen to Earth. This report speaks of the capture, the training and the use of certain animals as slaves - both male and female. The slaves worshipped them as gods. Then what they refer to as ‘animals,’ were pre-humans. The report also speaks to the fact that the female slaves found it a great honor to be chosen to live with and bear the offspring of the gods. So, you see it is no coincidence that the spacemen are almost identical to us. It is not a case of two species developing, evolving independently of each other. Those ancient spacemen altered forever our evolution. They are the missing link! ...We, mankind, the human race, are their children!”

Hangar 18, produced and distributed by Sunn Classic Pictures in July 1980,
a Hollywood production company established by the Schick Razor Company,
originally headed by Patrick J. Frawley, Jr., a member of the American Security
Council (ASC) along with General Nathan Twining, who was listed on President
Harry Truman's MJ-12 group of insiders monitoring E. T. interactions with Earth.
Another member of the ASC was General Douglas MacArthur, who made statements
in the 1960s about anticipating planetary wars. Also on the ASC Board with Frawley
was James Jesus Angleton, head of CIA counterintelligence from 1954 to 1975.
Frawley was also a member of the Knights of Malta whose members over the
past decades have included CIA managers such as William Casey, John McCone,
George Bush, Sr., and Wild Bill Donovan. Theatrical release poster

February 1, 2013 Reigate, Surrey, England - Since 2008, I have interviewed U. K. independent scholar Robbie Graham, 31, about his research into probable CIA manipulation of Hollywood productions about UFOs, including The Day the Earth Stood Still first released in 1951, and later in 1980, the Sunn Classic Pictures production and release of Hangar 18.
Robbie's deep interest in studying what intelligence and counterintelligence manipulation behind the scenes of Hollywood productions about UFO-related movies began after he received a 1st Class Honors Degree in Film, TV and Radio from Staffordshire University in 2003. Three years later in 2006, Robbie received a Masters Degree with Distinction from the University of Bristol. By December 2008, I interviewed Robbie and his research colleague, Matthew Alford, about their investigations of “CIA, UFOs and Hollywood” first reported at 121708 Earthfiles.com.
Currently Robbie Graham is writing a book about UFOs and Hollywood entitled, Silver Screen Saucers: Sorting Fact from Fantasy in Hollywood's UFO Movies. Robbie also produces the website Silverscreensaucers.com. See websites below. A month ago he contacted me about a report he has produced entitled Hangar 18, the CIA and the Mormon Church © 2013 by Robbie Graham. He has given me permission to reprint the article in its entirety, which I will do in Part 3 following our interview about strong connections Robbie has found between people and events from Cold War propaganda, the CIA, the American Security Council, the Sovereign Military Order of Malta and using Hollywood movies to both test and condition unwitting American audiences to the reality of other life in the universe that can interact with Earth positively and negatively.

Robbie Graham, independent U. K. scholar and producer of Silverscreensaucers.com, Reigate, Surrey, England: “Hangar 18 seems very far ahead of its time in terms of its UFOlogical conspiracy theory. What I tend to do with films of this nature is look at the production history. What’s gone on during production? Who has produced it? What is the studio responsible for it? Who are the key players behind it?
Now in this case, what I’ve found was that Hangar 18 was produced by an independent film company set up in 1970 called Sunn Classic Pictures and was actually owned by the Schick Safety Razor Co. Now, the name that stands out is a guy named Patrick J. Frawley, Jr. Frawley was an extremely wealthy businessman, who funded lots of right-wing organizations throughout the Cold War. These included the American Security Council (ASC) , which was a very powerful lobbyist for the military-industrial complex.
May 26, 1923 - November 3, 1998
Born in Leon, Nicaragua, Frawley grew up in California
and learned business from his British father in Central America.
The younger Frawley served in the Royal Canadian Air Force and then
settled in California, becoming a U.S. citizen in 1958. From 1958 to 1970,
Frawley was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Schick Safety Razor Co.
From 1961 to 1970, he was Chairman of Technicolor that produced film prints.
The American Security Council (ASC) —
not to be confused with the related American Security
Council Foundation (ASCF) — was a leading anti-communist group
during the Cold War. ASC was once described as the “heart and soul
of the military-industrial complex” because of its strong backing
from and support for top defense contractors post-World War II.
Frawley was a very proud member of the American Security Council along with the likes of Nathan Twining, who was also a member of the American Security Council and is allegedly a Majestic-12 member. And with General Douglas MacArthur, who made very strange statements about planetary wars in the 1960s. And James Jesus Angleton, the CIA’s counterintelligence chief from 1954 to 1975. So all of these guys were sitting with Frawley on the Board of the American Security Council.

"You now face a new world, a world of change. The thrust into outer space of the satellite, spheres and missiles marked the beginning of another epoch in the long story of mankind - the chapter of the space age. In the five or more billions of years the scientists tell us it has taken to form the earth, in the three or more billion years of development of the human race, there has never been a greater, a more abrupt or staggering evolution. We deal now not with things of this world alone, but with the illimitable distances and as yet unfathomed mysteries of the universe. We are reaching out for a new and boundless frontier. We speak in strange terms: of harnessing the cosmic energy; of making winds and tides work for us; of creating unheard synthetic materials to supplement or even replace our old standard basics; of purifying sea water for our drink; of mining ocean floors for new fields of wealth and food; of disease preventatives to expand life into the hundred of years; of controlling the weather for a more equitable distribution of heat and cold, of rain and shine; of space ships to the moon; of the primary target in war, no longer limited to the armed forces of an enemy, but instead to include his civil populations; of ultimate conflict between a united human race and the sinister forces of some other planetary galaxy; of such dreams and fantasies as to make life the most exciting of all time." ]
Frawley, ASC, CIA and Knights of Malta
Now, Frawley – he was the owner of Schick Razor for many, many years. And Schick Razor owned Sunn Classic Pictures. So there seems to be a direct link between a very influential man, who was also connected to the CIA in the form of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta (SMOM), often referred to as the Knights of Malta – a very secretive organization and Frawley was a member of the Knights of Malta, along with the likes of – not at the same time – but over the years CIA directors, who were members of the Knights of Malta. These included William Casey, John McCone, George Bush, Sr., Wild Bill Donovan, who was the head of the OSS, which was the precursor to the CIA.

The Order of Malta has ambassadors or diplomatic
representatives in more than eighty nations, and has Permanent
Observer status at the United Nations General Assembly.
Source: Knights of Malta.com.
The Knights of Malta were very well connected to the CIA in a covert way as well in the sense that the CIA would use the Knights of Malta as a way of infiltrating countries covertly without hindrance diplomatically. The Knights of Malta have full powers of statehood, including the authority to issue its own diplomatic passports.
THAT IS SIMILAR TO THE VATICAN, CORRECT?
That’s correct, yes. The Knights of Malta has been referred to as the Vatican’s intelligence arm. It’s a very secretive, very powerful organization and Frawley was a Knights of Malta connected to the CIA top brass through the Knights of Malta. At the same time, he was also a member of the American Security Council and so directly connected to America’s defense establishment elite.
THE IMPLICATION HERE IS THAT ANY AMERICAN AGENCY THAT HAD AN ASSOCIATION WITH THE SOVERIGN MILITARY ORDER OF MALTA WOULD HAVE THE ABILITY TO ISSUE ITS OWN DIPLOMATIC PASSPORTS AND TO TRAVEL AROUND THIS PLANET WITHOUT HAVING TO CHECK IN WITH ANY GOVERNMENT.
That’s correct. And the reason it’s significant in terms of Frawley is that executives at Schick Razor, possibly or probably including Patrick Frawley, decided to set up a film company in 1970, Sunn Classic Pictures. And they hired a guy named Rayland Jensen to head the studio, which is kind of interesting in itself – a pharmaceutical company starting a film studio is quite odd.
But if you look at Patrick Frawley’s history as well, he’s the guy who owned and established, I think, the Technicolor Company. And so he did have a history in film and he also had a history in propaganda because he also had his own anti-Soviet propaganda radio station during the Cold War. He funded many anti-Soviet organizations through the 1940s to the 1960s.
DOESN’T THAT IMPLY THAT PATRICK FRAWLEY HAD SOME SORT OF A COUNTERINTELLIGENCE ROLE DURING WORLD WAR II AND THAT NO MATTER WHAT BUSINESS HE WENT TO IN THE UNITED STATES – IN THIS CASE, SCHICK RAZOR AND BEING ASSOCIATED WITH TECHNICOLOR – THAT HIS COUNTERINTELLIGENCE ROLE PROBABLY CONTINUED WITHOUT INTERRUPTION AS HE BECAME AN AMERICAN BUSINESSMAN.
Yes, and it was people like Frawley – these were the guys who walked between the raindrops. These are the guys who were there in the background – incredibly powerful, but you can never really put your finger on what it is they do or you can never really pin them down or attach anything to them. But they are the ones who are really pulling the strings on a great deal of important issues. Certainly Frawley was one of those guys. He did seem to be connected to Sunn Classic Pictures.
Was Frawley Responsible for
Setting Up Sunn Classic Pictures?
There’s a slight problem with this theory. Try as I might I’ve yet to establish exactly when Schick Razors decided to establish Sunn Classic Pictures and who made that decision. I’ve sent emails to current executives of Sunn Classic Pictures trying to get some confirmation as to exactly when the studio was established and who established it and whether or not Patrick Frawley himself was involved in it. And I have received a reply from one of the current executives of the studio. However, it was not a confirmation. It was basically, ‘We don’t know and you’ll just have to connect the dots.’
But I do think there is strong circumstantial evidence to suggest that Frawley was involved and that Frawley was definitely connected to the CIA and the military-industrial complex in a big way. And that, of course, is relevant given the output of Sunn Classics Pictures. Sun Classics did not just release Hangar 18. They released a number of very notable UFOs and religious documentaries and TV series and films from the early 1970s through to the 1980s.
Sunn Classic Pictures decided to start releasing biblical TV shows. They made documentaries called In Search of Noah’s Ark and In Search of Historic Jesus. They also started to release documentaries called The Outer Space Connection, which was based on the work of Erich von Daniken focusing on the idea of ancient astronauts. They also made The Bermuda Triangle. And they also made a number of other UFO projects as well as lots of paranormal projects focused on life after death. And then in 1980, they made Hangar 18.
WHO DO YOU THINK WOULD HAVE BEEN MAKING THAT DECISION FOR FRAWLEY?
It’s possible that Frawley had some connections with a power group connected to the UFO issue at very high level so he was acting on orders from that group – or an individual within that group. This is complete speculation, I should say.
THAT COULD BE MAJORITY OR MAJESTIC-12, DEPENDING UPON WHICH HISTORIC NAME IS GIVEN US?
Possibly, especially considering that Nathan Twining – alleged Majestic-12 member was also a member of the American Security Council, which Patrick Frawley funded. He was one of the main funders of that organization and was a board member of it, so probably would have known Nathan Twining personally.
October 11, 1897 - March 29, 1982
Nathan Farragut Twining was a U. S. Air Force General,
who was Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force
from 1953 until 1957. As Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff
from 1957 to 1960, he was the first member of the USAF to serve in that role.
Gen. Nathan F. Twining is the fourth name on the above MAJESTIC-12
list originally hand-picked by President Harry S. Truman in 1947,
to cope with the challenge of extraterrestrial biological entities interacting
with Earth. President Truman allegedly ordered a policy of denial that is still
in place sixty-six years later in in 2013. Page 2, alleged U. S. federal document

WHY DO YOU THINK THAT VERY FEW AMERICANS WOULD EVER HAVE HEARD OF THE AMERICAN SECURITY COUNCIL?
Well, it’s strange to get my head around what exactly the American Security Council was and is. It’s still confusing even now because it kind of morphed into another organization still called the American Security Council, but under different leadership – very right wing think tank. It was set up in the early 1950s, I believe, and the original American Security Council with board members Frawley and Nathan Twining and others. It was an extreme anti-Soviet organization. As we know from the historical record, many if not most of such organizations during the Cold War were CIA front organizations. They were either established by the CIA or have been infiltrated by the CIA.
And Schick Razor’s Patrick Frawley was definitely one of the CIA Boys and that’s why his potential connection to the establishment of Sunn Classics Pictures about UFO productions is so significant. Beyond the Patrick Frawley connection, there is something here we haven’t even addressed yet. There was a Mormon agenda – a Mormon connection – to Hangar 18 and to all of the Sunn Classic’s output. And this is because Sunn Classic Pictures was actually established in Utah and it was completely Mormon run. Everyone who was in any position of power or influence at the studio was Mormon and all of the main writers, producers, directors who made all the films were Mormon.
Mormon Influence on Sunn Classic Pictures
This is interesting because the Mormon faith is generally accepting of the idea that man is not alone in the universe. The Mormon faith has taught there are human-type beings living on other Earths in the universe. And LDS (Latter Day Saints) President Joseph Smith was quoted once as saying, ‘We are not the only people that the Lord has created. We have brothers and sisters on other Earths. They look like us because they are, too, the children of God and were created in his image for they are also his offspring.’
Another Mormon apostle, Norman Maxwell, was also quoted as saying that we don’t know how many inhabited worlds there are, or where they are, but certainly we are not alone.’
And I also think it is interesting that the alien beings in the film Hangar 18 are nearly identical to humans as has been taught in the Mormon faith.
WHY DO YOU THINK THAT THE CIA, THE MALTA CONNECTED PEOPLE AND FRAWLEY WOULD THEN END UP CREATING A SUNN CLASSIC PICTURES THAT WOULD PRODUCE MOVIES RELATED TO BIBLICAL LITERATURE IF THE TRUTH THAT THE AVATARS OF HISTORY WERE EXTRATERRESTRIAL?
The assumption would be that a group of individuals within whatever organization – whether it be CIA, Majestic-12 or Majority-12, whatever you want to call it – has reached the conclusion that there is a connection between Christianity and other religions perhaps and that the ancient astronaut theory is more than a theory.”
