Galatians 3:29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

Were God to grade sin, the vilest, most evil, grotesque would be UNBELIEF! This was the sin that denied God's people entry into the promised land. This is the very same sin that is resisting God's people today from entering the fullness of the promises of God.

Hebrews 4:1,2,6-11 Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, and of you should seem to come short of it. For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it. Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief: Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, Today, after so long a time; as it is said, Today if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts. For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God. For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. Let us labour therefore to enter that rest lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.

Ephesians 5:25-27 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ loved the church, and gave himself for it; that he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of the water by the word, That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
